      @@Tangerineinthekitchen 家里人比较爱做豆腐相关的菜式,能花钱托人做豆腐就不上超市或者市场买,怕踩雷,贝蒂你不看看自己准备了多少佐料,倘若最主要的食材没把好关,上菜吃到嘴里是真的很让人抓狂,白花了半天心机。BTW,家里不吃辣不做麻婆豆腐,这道菜我也只能在外面餐厅或者学校公司饭堂吃得上,家里最常见的酿豆腐、煎豆腐还有豆腐炒花生加五花肉沫还有葱花或者韭菜。煎豆腐最香,也是最考验火候的把控,简单的油盐煎,玩花的可以用鸡扒汁配洋葱瓣煎。道理都是相通的,就是想方设法让食材佐料有效整合一起去激发味蕾的激情。

      Thanks for commenting! The reason is that I used a non stick pan. You have to use non stick pan to stir fry this at home. Or you have to use lots of oil. I prefer healthy and less oil, so used non stick pan.

      Such a great question! Yes, you can. You can either add it to the fillings or to the shell. You can also draw cute pictures on the shell before you bake the pastries!
