TCM forklift replacing the fuel gauge using and using a Ryobi soldering tool
Is that a picture of your panel. 😳
It is not my panel but an example of what we come across.
👍
Great idea to use the very capable forklift to hold the camera instead of unloading the very top heavy, awkward compressor with it. Works much better as a 'triood' than a controlled lifting\lowering device!🤦🏻♂️😄🤔😂
😂
this video enjoys. i like it
WHERE DID THEY GET THIS BOZO
You lost me at using a forklift for a table instead of a compressor lifter.
It's a great table🙂
@@Rigoknow It'd be a better lifter. 🤣You may have lost them, but I just subbed because the compressor lifter we got to see was more impressive...🤣
@leviwhite9 Thank you🙂
was wondering if this was going to end with a visit to the chiropractor... for future reference, lay it down in the bed, slide it out, and stand it on the ground.
Thanks for the advice; I was hoping it would slide. It's a good idea to lay it down inside the vehicle👍.
THANK ALLAH FOR THAT TOWEL... jesus ... smFh
Yes, that helped some.🙂
My brother, I'm glad to have found your channel, however, was the forklift behind you down for maintenance? Seems like a safer option for something of that size.
I agree. The forklift works fine, but in the moment, it seems like a good idea. It looks heavy but is more awkward than anything.
Why is this guy wasting my time showing how to put on gloves and use a spray cleaner? Please edit your videos!
Ok, I will do a better job in the future. Thank you for pointing that out👍
This man is the best electrician in Florida the best
Keep Your Spirits up!
Rigo knows hes our electrican at our condo in Jupiter fl man he did some great jobs for us The man is only second to lightning Rigo knows
Thanks for putting this out there; it's very helpful. I have the same welder and had the same problem. I discovered that the big copper contact tab was bent slightly so that the center hole had moved away from the spring and the nylon end of the selector was sliding out of the center hole. I put the tab in the vise and bent it back just slightly so that the center of the tab was pushing more firmly against the spring. That's what solved the problem for me.
👍
Terrifying
Yes, it can be. The weather in South Florida is a bit unpredictable when it comes to storms. This time, thank God it was not that bad for us on the East Coast.
God Bless them All❣️❣️🌟🌟🌟
❤stay unharmed
no volume.
I'm sorry. I don't know how I missed your comment. I'm not sure what is happening, but I do get volume.
What carb did you use I can find the manual of this 😅
I have an ultrasonic cleaner, worked great.
But I am sure anything that looks the same on line would work.
Does anyone know what’s the part number on that copper tab ? Mine does not have the square contact tip
💪💪
Definitely faster than a shovel. Trust me on this.
350 or 250? I only ask because the wiring color is different in the 250.
It was an E250. I got the part from Advanced Auto Parts, so it might be a different color than from Ford.
Also your mic is not micing
Thanks, I will fix that.
Buenos dias hermano se puede soldar aluminio con ese tipo maquina Lincoln ac_ 225 saludo
Yes, but you need argon and a tig torch. Si, pero nesesitas una tig pistola I argon gas.
I was having same issue.. thought it was maybe a broken wire inside.. took it all apart and wires looked good... come to find out after taking it further apart i found that the end that contacted the dial part to select current... the little tab was burnt almost all the off...i had some thick copper laying around and just filed factory copper arm to shiny and soldered the new tiny piece of copper to it so it makes better contact.... works like new again and getting full current to material....i bought this new almost 30 years ago.. been a great welder... thanks for the video!
Sometimes getting a little creative work every time 👍👍
I cant stop watching ! This thing is badass !!
The drive motors that you used were they connected to the wheels via a chain drive or gear drive ? And also are the controls just log splitter type ?
Yes, it was a chain, the motors were from a garage door. The controls were the log splitter type. It was a great machine I have a track Chinese one now and it works great but it doesn't have the same reach or strength.
did you fix it. do you still have the lincoln 225. how does it work
I did it works great, here is the short I made testing this machine. Thank you for the comment 👍 ruclips.net/video/gNyEeR3ZZxc/видео.htmlsi=7oVviAJ3JyKDCJTH
Why don’t you keep your puddle moving instead of lifting off the puddle and then starting again?
I was testing the welder and the bucket had a lot of rust around the holes.
Las dos partes conectar los cables y cambiar el selector
It's difficult for me to write in Spanish, but I can read and speak with no difficulty, I will make a shot video of the workings and send that to you soon.
Hello friend, what a good video, thank you very much for your contribution. I congratulate you. Note that I have a Lincoln AC 225 GLM. Could you help me with the electrical diagram? It happens that you have several disconnected cables and the selector rotor is broken. I will be very grateful. Greetings. colleague
Do you need to reconnect the wires, or replace the selector switch
I noticed both your switches work very freely.mine is older than yours and the switches take a lot of force to move but my contacts likely need cleaning to as I’m having slight trouble with stick start
This one was also hard to turn and the spring had gotten under the center post-contact. I can't remember if that came out on the video.
Sad❤ good patnt. JOB 👍👍
❓. GUSSETS NOT NEEDED ,, 2X2X3/16 ANGLE WITH 3 TAPED BOLT HOLES THRU ANGLE IORN ALLS NEEDED ,,, LIKE WHEN KID USED. (( COX GLOW FUEL )) IN YOUR B& S Lawn MOWER MOTOR OVER KILL... HEAT WORP ,,CANT REPAIR BOW & OR TWIST ,,

Como saver si el transformador de maquina lincol esta quemado
I bought a [small engine] off this dude that thought he could put kerosene in the tank to help dissolve an unclog the fuel system, then left it sit for a couple years. It had totally turned to gel, gross.
This tank was terrible
Raw power.
Gator Watch! Beware!
Nice view my dude, Appalachia is sick.
Beautiful day...... can't see 30 feet ahead
Sir, those are Cobra chickens and they are not to be messed with.
when you run into rusty stuff, just grab the rod firmly and drag it hard across the rust till you get a burn, don't be shy about it. i have two of those tombstone welders, real classic equipment. 6011 rod will just about burn through anything
I going to cut that out and add a new floor.👍
You should make a video about the whole setup with the hydraulic motors that’s pretty awesome
That particular machine it’s long gone I sold it but yes, I’m going to make a video converting one of those. Thanks for watching.
@@Rigoknow please buddy, i know this probably took a lot of effort and time to figure this out, but please do share!
@thegxpguy thanks it was a lot of fun to make . I will make another.
A little sloppy side to side and perhaps up and down.A machine shop or a lath could make a busing or tighter pin.. He is doing a good job though. The Hoffa joke just cracked me up.
Operator looks like an Average Joe and seems to be doing a pretty decent job.
It all improves with time🙂. Thanks.
Slowest Jig Saw in the World 😅
