We're here to inspire you through some of the exciting projects that we've built! We talk about the engineering and physics behind our projects, but we also just have a ton of fun with them!
Since our original inspiration was other engineers and hobbyists on RUclips, we're always looking for a chance to inspire others to build similar projects. We'll try to answer any questions about our builds, so if you want more information about anything, feel free to ask in the comments of our newest video, and we'll do our best to answer.

Building a Spikeball Net To Detect Rim Shots
We build a Spikeball net that uses machine learning to detect a rim shot by itself. This project was a ton of fun, and we’re planning many more maker-style projects, so be sure to subscribe if you want to see our next videos and support the channel.

Real Life Animatronic Wheatley
Просмотров 566 тыс.4 года назад
We built Wheatley from Portal 2 in real life using 3D printing, Arduino code, motors, and metalworking. He can move along a plywood track on the ceiling, look around, and yell out quotes from the game. We'd love to inspire other makers by sharing the process behind this amazing project. If you want more of the build details check out our other video: ruclips.net/video/1wBYfMf7XNU/видео.html The...

Kerbal Space Program Command Station
Просмотров 6 тыс.6 лет назад
I built a command station with buttons, switches, joysticks, and a throttle to control a spaceship in Kerbal Space Program. The button values are read by an Arduino and sent over USB Serial to a python program running in the background. The python code controls the spaceship by simulating key presses as well as setting throttle and getting data using the krpc mod.

This is a video showing how wheatley's eyelids move. Check out my hackaday page for more information. hackaday.io/project/16697-wheatley-model
Huh, why is there a rail on the ceiling (conk) ow, oh I see
install a bit of neurotoxin, just in case, HECK BUILD GLaDOS
It’s beautiful
when i will wake up at 3 AM next time i will probably hear "Hello! This is the part where I kill you"
How big is wheatley? (ik question 3 - 4 years later
Can you do a mini glados
one thing i love about this no one else has done is attaching him to a management rail
Try make a life sized GLadOS 💀
The greatest geniuses of a generation working together to create the dumbest moron who ever lived
you break into a house, start stealing stuff and then you hear "I just wanted to give you the chance to kill yourself, now"
FATTY FATTY FATTY NO PARENTS
Put AI in it.
hol-
Can i have this?
inaccurate design but ok
god the image of me in the morning sleeping and Wheatley harassing me until I wake up calling me a moron and such,i need this.
It moves so smooth! Nice!
I always wanted a personality core in my house.
I don't want it....I NEED it
THIS IS WHAT I WANNA BE DOING WHEN I'M OLDER 🔥
BASED
GLaDOS
i want this as my alarm clock wakes me up every morning then it randomize between the diffrent cores like the space one :P
Now you just need GLaDOS and a salt mine
you should make it so it does all the animations and voicelines to be interactive with the game, you would have to either port all the animations or just make em compatible with smd anims
ah 2:42
POV: aperture technicians building Wheatley to make GLaDOS dumb
Best one yet
I NEED
I want a wheatly to wake me up in the morning
At this point, couldn't we just slap in ChatGPT into a real-life Wheatley, and make him be "sentient"? Just think about that, it would be so cool!
I *NEED* This.
It was really fun getting to know you! Your videos and engineering are awesome!
I would love to have wheatly in my bedroom constantly telling me That I took terrible every day I wake up.
Imagine waking up with a spherical robot on the ceiling saying that you may have a VERY MINOR case of SERIOUS brain damage
Fucking awesome!
How much was this entire project? Like if I were going to attempt this myself, how much money?
Now I WANT THIS! Take my money!
I searched up shut up and take my money and this video appeared
Algorithms
Algorithms
Wheatly is NOT a animatronic :/
This makes me wish Wheatley was marketable so I can have one
How much for the Wheatley if your selling him plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz I need him
Are those noises even real or edited
No way you guys are this talented
You need life sized glados now
You did it better than me volt himself
