crank no start..changed evap purge valve, crank position sensor and spark plugs...any other ideas why it still cranks and cranks with no start?? 2011 1.6l

I unbolted and removed the bracket 10MM bolt made it a lot easier to disconnect the wires

I came by your video trying to figure out how to do a simple cleanup of it...now I know,and I'm afraid of what I'll find in mine. I always leave the lid open when not in use to let it dry out really well. I 'm sure there's some crud in there but it's never smelled.

Three minutes my ass, lol. I had a friend help me change mine. The bolt was on tight so it took awhile to get off and then unclipping the other end took awhile. Probably took us 45 minutes but hey, on the bright side, if we ever have to do it again, it will probably only take three minutes!

I have a version of the Whirlpool Cabrio washer and mine smells and is getting black stuff all over my laundry. I had a repairman come yesterday and tell me the top couldn't be taken off. I knew that couldn't be right. He told me I just needed to run the "Clean Cycle" several times to get rid of the stuff on the outside of the tub. Enjoyed the video!

How did you get the connector disconnected. I’ve squeezed and pulled on just about every inch of the connector and I cannot get it to unhook.

Great video. I ran into the same problems you did, which was a buildup of fabric softener. Scrubbing the main drum was not fun. I took it outside and used a hose to assist. There is no way i would have attempted this had i not seen the video. Great content, thanks so much for taking the time to put this together.

I will attempt this with my 2005 Golf. I have to replace the blinker lever because one time it started smoking and left signal got stuck blinking. I hope u help me :)

You missed 1 step to remove the drum. You need a tough nut remover to remove the tough nut after you remove the Chrome cap. I had a devil of a time. that would have been a lot more helpful if that step was in your video.

Save yourself some headaches and spend the minute it takes to remove the 3 screws that hold the lower part of the shroud on so you don’t have to pry or pull to slide the switch assy. off
