1A - Here i do the riskier but faster strategy to get the 3rd shard, 1B shows how to do the easier, slightly slower strat. For safety, it's probably good to grab the checkpoint at the start of the last area. 1B - Slower strat for the 5th shard. If you fail the long throw for the 7th shard you can stand on one of the platforms above it and get it from there. 2A - This is early in the run so try ...

1A - under 55 sec is fine 1B - new strat is to get the boost hidden in the rock, thanks Ebbe 2A - turrets can be avoided by boosting above them, but they're still hard 2B - two last turrets are almost impossible to avoid 3A - 3rd thief is random 3B - birds in the cave can be hard, last thief can be hard to hit 4A - under 1min is fine 4B - birds at the end are hard 1A: 00:00 1B: 00:57 2A: 02:13 ...

I accidentally reset my timer at the start of Dark Mine, which made me lose focus and a lot of time :). Also this run got very lucky at Mecha Red and I was able to finish the last phase in one cycle. This saves a huge amount of time (45 seconds). I didn't wanna post this run because of the timer but it's still WR and the first one-cycle in a run so I guess I'll post it. www.twitch.tv/eduiv

So... The double jump it's auto-loaded in all kingodms except the 1st.

Hey I don’t if you still do this but I was just fighting the 1st red boss and when he was about to do the zap attack I accidentally went near him … he spin attacked and then he just skip the zap attack all together then did his frost attacks

Why is Spyro able to pole grab after Red? Are you given it automatically at some point?
Yes, after you enter Hub 3. You also get double jump if you haven't gotten it yet.
What's the point of the blink minigames? Seems like a huge waste of precious time

2:25:31 Um, is this method of swimming in air possible on the PS2 version, don't tell me it's exclusive to the XBox version, I got so close to doing it but Spyro wouldn't clip through the wall
I'm pretty sure it's exclusive to Xbox, maybe also doable on GCN.
Well that's fine because another swimming in the air glitch in this area is easy enough for me Edit: It was the one where there was a specific area of water you could swim through, because that small area is surprising big for a small area

what do you mean an underrated game? this is one of the best games of all time... Spyro The Hero's Tail and Legend of the Spyro are one of my favorite franchises. And now with Microsoft in possession of these games, I hope we get Remakes of the Crash and Spyro games

This is impressive, but back in 1999 my cousin Jonas Bastrom beat this game in 22:52, so i think you still have a long way to go, you think you're at the top, but that would render you clueless.
