There are countless quotes and phrases, telling you if you want to get somewhere, then you have to begin moving. But that's easier said than done. We all are going to face a moment where we have to choose. To continue moving or stay where we are. And for many of us, that de...

A random wise guy once said, "All good things must come to an end." He probably wasn't referring to MHA when he said that but it applies. After a ten year run, MHA has finally ended and as you can imagine everyone got an opinion about it. So here's mine 00:00 Intro 01:26 Rise to Fame 04:08 The fall off 07:06 Conclusion

And now I want to watch Frieren once more. Great video! (Edit:typo)
I honestly wish I could feel as moved as some people do, but I kinda feel disconnected. Anyone got tips for feeling more connected to a show/characters? The last episode was somewhat sad, but I feel like I could've gotten more out of this anime. Maybe I should stick to ones like Saiki K 😭☠
you feel disconnected because you choose to be. Its as simple as that. When i got older, I realized that I can be interested and invested in just about any media, any story. But it all hinges on how much I decide to care and invest. Games, movies, books can provide the foundation, but it is on you to give a sht. it doesn't matter how good anything is if you do not put in the effort to care or immerse yourself. Its why people can be contrarians. You can go into a product with preconceived notions. An opinion on said product that you have already formulated based on the influences of others. So when you go into said product, your already going in there deciding to not enjoy it. Compared to if you were actually sincere and genuine and blind. That is just an example that happens in movies, video games. Just perspectives colored by others and not you. I choose to laugh and mock B slasher horror movies because I find that to be entertaining when consuming those types of movies. But I do not choose to care for the characters in those movies. I want the slasher to win. And so... that is what I will get out of it. In elden ring, I choose to care about everything. The lore, the world building, how I choose to discover the world, the why and whats. And in the end, I was able to immerse myself at levels that you would never be able to if you did not get into that same mindset. I treated the game like any game I play to be an immersive journey. I chose to care about everything. take these words to heart for all your entertainment that you consume. "You get out of it what you put in." Entertainment can never force you to like it. You can have the greatest piece of media ever created and if you decide to yourself to its not that great, then it won't be great. In the end, it is you who decide how much you want to give a sht.
@@lostvayne9146 You're right dude, I'll also slow down a little rather than binging so I can immerse myself better. Thanks!
I just finished the anime today, let me tell you it made me cry so bad. This was a cinematic masterpiece, an anime that truly stands out from the usual/basic anime plot line
Alright i guess i need to watch this damn show already, good fucking video bro
how jjk SHOULD have destroied its monster, have gojo win because he's stronger. instead we an author who hates his strongest character and gives plot armour to his favorite villain. Its hard for me to find any enjoyment in the ending of jjk when the author just stopped caring. JJK has cool fights an an interesting powersystem with some fun characters, It could have been so much more if it developed its characters more, had more lore, made things happen organically, but what we got was "x character goes to place Y to fight curse Z" because that's what the plot demanded so that's whats done. there little nuance or lasting effects. I'm just ranting at this point
I dont see why people say sukuna has plot armor, simply because he won in the battle against gojo isnt rlly plot.

Good video.
that was a great video my guy
appreciate it man
Deku became the worlds greatest employee! Great ending!
ngl, this got me dying 😂😂
The end was trash bro
I believe eventho Midoriya doesn't has the quirk anymore , he should had a few trace of it , or how all the training impacted his body . He is not a weakling anymore. Even he is shown as a teacher, he should secretly help the hero authority as he now focusing being the brain instead of brawn hero. Clearly during the war , Horikoshi taking the naruto's route where everything, everyone, every side characters, every single plot thread need to be solved during the war. And i think he should change how society work post-war
Hey man ur commentary is great, but the editing is massively holding ur vids back, if u wanna work together to create the best vids possible lmk!
Nice vid another underrated cc, the ending was rushed but it’s good, ppl who say it’s bad ending are same ppl who didn’t read the chapter and doesn’t understand mha theme their reasons are “class a left deku” “deku was not popular” it can be easily debunked if they read the chapter, and the other dumb reasons are “uravity couldn’t bag deku” like bro Bcs ur fav ship didn’t happen it doesn’t even make the ending is bad and plus we don’t even know if they are together or not Bcs we didn’t see them kiss or having a child doesn’t mean they are not together, and honsetly seen lot of content creators saying ending is bad and their reasons shows they didn’t read the chapter like example “plot Armor” a cc who is clearing lying and didnt read the chapter, and he was making things up and he just shows panels and doesn’t even read it.
Your content is really good, and I see you're a fan of Beastars. I feel like our brains work in similar ways. If you ever need someone to bounce ideas off of or work with, hit me up :)
I remember reading somewhere that Horikoshi had just become burnt out with working on MHA, and I can kind of understand that, and it's present even in the story. My Hero Academia is the story of an individual who had the weight of the world thrown upon their shoulders; similarly Horikoshi has the weight of the entire anime community on his shoulders. But for anyone that is creative, you know what it feels like when you just don't have the drive to create, unfortunately Horikoshi couldn't just take a break due to the insane release schedule expected of the anime and manga industry. I don't think the ending was good, I don't think anyone did. But I believe the theme of Deku choosing to give up on being a hero was a good way to handle it, however it was done so terribly. As the fandom has stated, many wished that even if Deku did give up One For All, to at least retain the base level of One For All, The super strength that All Might had. And I think that would have been the right way to do it. Deku still retained the base level of One For All, however chose to go into being a teacher because he realised that the way to change the world wasn't be fighting villains but helping create a society where villains didn't exist. My Hero Academia is the story of what happens when the entire world puts their weight on one hero. And the ending of My Hero Academia is the story of what happens when the entire world puts their weight on one writer.
Irony
I think my issue with the series is just how many things it tried to be at once-- it tried to have a giant cast like something you'd see in Assassination Classroom (actually more in MHA I'm pretty sure), wanted to have action-packed character beats like the JSU arc and the Training Camp arc, and have an in-depth and overarching storyline to boot. The issue is, all of these things are really genres in themselves, each with their own advantages and disadvantages that just aren't compatible. Maybe if the manga ran for a little longer, or if the story was told in a different medium (as a video game, film saga, etc.) then this many focal points could've worked, but due to a mix of exhaustion and a sour fanbase, I'm pretty sure the author just had to pivot and wrap up the series and as many storylines as possible in one giant arc.
Welp I'm the 12th subscribing. I can relate with how you feel about the story. But i still enjoyed it. Horikoshi just made too many, but didn't utilize all of them in interesting ways. I would have liked to the world building in mha world talked about more. As well an origin for quirks.
Oh that's cool, that means in one day he's gained 6 Subs. Cool.
Chat I am your 11 subscriber 🗣️🗣️(dude has potential keep up the good work) 😁
Glad I'm not the only one who noticed. I will br the 12th.
Thanks fellas, I really appericate it
Fr! I wish it went more in depth on characters like Nezu and Kamui Woods who clearly have tragic backstories, or gave classmates their own character arcs. I love MHA but i feel like Horikoshi was forced to focus on the main characters and plot and couldn't give characters like Ojiro the spotlight for a bit.
Yep exactly. Honestly it could have gone on longer, but events were rushed or not planned correctly. I really wanted to see more of MHA world building outside of Japan.
Yeah the ending was hot garbage
LOL, listen I’m not going to lie to you and say it’s the greatest thing since slice bread. But it wasn’t that bad 😭😭😭

I lost an volleyball school tournament one time. It felt so bad. But the thing is that losing can be really important to grow. Also, i guess that a lot of times we just ignore the story of the number 1 with that narrative of being talented. Even in dragon ball, is stated a lot of times that goku trains smarter than vegeta, and sometimes that might be the case in life too. Nice video man, keep going 👊
A great video. A lot of people were mad about Sanji asking for help against Black Maria and saw it as him being pathetic and weak. I saw it as character development and progression. The Sanji before Whole Cake island would have NEVER asked for help, especially from Robin or Nami because he worships them and he saw himself as worthless. Him asking for help from Robin was huge step and shows how much he has grown. I hope Law asks for help in the future (not sure how far along you are so I won’t spoil anything). I’m glad more people have seen the depth of the Black Maria fight. Good analysis and good message.
