The house is well maintained, you can see that the owners take pride in their home 🌟🤩 But, its so dated 🙃 and the neighbors are right next to you. You can't stand on your balcony without the neighbors seeing every detail 🥲 the view of table mountain is so close up tho 😍
The house is a bit dated but makes great use of the views 👌🏼 🤩 and it's also spacious and light. It would be great to know what a home like this would cost 😊 So we can prepare ourselves 🤑😐
