You have done well. However you parapet load cannot be 2.87kN/m2. your parapet load is a combination of wall load ( 2.87+.6)* height of wall and roof load is applicable. 0.6 refers to plastering on both sides of the wall

sorry why did you not return the first pad reinforment but returned the others
While detailing a Pad Base, it’s optional to include the development length. Because it’s not really possible to see the bend when looking at the plan view but the development length should be well detailed and dimensioned on the Bar bending schedule.
PLS I WANTED TO ASK WHEN DOING YOUR GA IS THERE ANY RULE THAT SAYS THAT THE AREA OF THE PANELLING SHOULD NOT BE LESS THAN 30SQM2 AND THE DISTANCE BETWEEN TWO COLUMNS MUST BE LESS THAN 6M.

Great work you are doing. Keep it up. A point of reference pls. The great Fellow didn’t just use Wall load of 3.47kN/m3. He combined wall 2.87 and wall finish of 0.6 to get it. Reference to timeline 13:56
