Since the video did not go into detail on my situation here it is: I woke up to find my huntsman removed like the others. Immediately I messaged phoenix and created a ticket to ask why I lost huntsman, assuming it was due to being in Brogans server(the place where whyuoj streamed himself alting). I was first given a response from phoenix asking if I knew ericdoggy(another player who had his hunts removed). I responded yes, and asked why eric also lost his hunts(I knew Eric from coaching me in two tournaments (November and December)). Phoenix then asked me why I thought I lost hunts. I responded that I didn’t know and thats why I was asking(In my initial dm i asked about brogans server, and she did not respond to the part about that at all so it was safe to assume that wasn’t the reason. Also eric is not in brogans server so there would be no reason to bring up eric if that was the case). She then told me I had lost the chance to appeal and i got no response to other dms until late that night. I then had a response to my ticket telling me that I had lost my huntsman for being alted for by eric, and that I had lost my chance to appeal when I denied it. This is almost impossible as Eric was in the call coaching during semifinals and finals while phoenix was there, meaning unless eric was talking to himself he could not have been alting for me. I was also told that there was no point in denying as eric had already confessed, however eric denies this, the mods refuse to show it, and why would eric confess to something that never happened. Later that night I was dmed by phoenix saying she had read of the ticket and I can close it if I have nothing to add, I restated my questions asking to see the proof, see erics confession, and to clarify that eric coaching me didn’t count as alting. None of these questions were answered as they involve other people and I was told to talk to eric, the only info eric had was the message he sent to phoenix earlier that day. Phoenix said that he had info that only the people who reported it should have known, and the only thing close to this we could figure out was eric saying it had been overheard in a vc, however eric has basically only communicated through vc since getting banned from tbc for unrelated reasons(about 2-3 months ago). At that point phoenix stopped talking to me for a couple hours, and then asked me for a video of my dms with eric. I asked eric for permission, and stalled a bit, because i would rather do it with erics permission then without. Since then phoenix has not responded to me and closed the ticket, I have sent follow up messages every 3 days or so asking for a response, and it has been 10 days since she responded. Update: She responded and said the decision still stands, and there is nothing she can do beyond repeating herself. Update: I got skull emojied by phoenix
