You know most people confront stress and struggle on a daily right? This is for rich bored people (youtubers)
ah, that is a great point. Most everyone encounters daily stress by default. What I’m sharing in this video is a way to intentionally and willingly engage with a stressor to help your body & mind adapt to the overall stress of life. I know people of all walks of life who practice cold water therapy for their physical and mental health. It’s one of the oldest practices with many benefits that can be accessed for very low cost. Hope that helps!

hope it helps! as for the “fad”, cold plunging is DEFINITELY trending right now, but it’s been a tool humans have used for thousands of years for different healing purposes. Worth looking into. It’s been rediscovered more recently by certain parts of the modern world, but it’s been around forever.

Singers do an exercise to focus their breathing on their diaphragm. Lean diagonally on a table or counter top with the edge of the surface placed just under your ribs When you breathe in, your diaphragm should push you up away from the surface. When you breathe out, the opposite should happen.
thanks for sharing, I love it. I do something similar, except I use an exercise ball. You can feel the ball moving as you breathe in & out.
