Hi, did the suppon come w/ turtle meat? Or was it cooked with turtle meat in it and it’s just that it wasn’t served in the soup?
Well looked different while we were there (did not eat it). Back then the skin and meat of the softshell turtle was in the broth with crispy bits and the broth made from ginger and turtly meat, I guess they still have here a ginger and turtle meat broth though.

寿司職人は素手！。マスク無しで、まな板上のふきんは使い回しで黄色く汚いまま！。調理師免許を取得したオレには気持ち悪くて無理。

と、2年前の動画にケチ付けてるアホな自称調理師免許取得者いるようですね。
まわる寿司屋でも行っときゃいいじゃん。布巾とかは知らんけど、手袋、マスクはしてる。
@@黒雷-t4q 勿論回転寿司行ってますょ。調理師は食中毒菌や寄生虫の勉強をするのが主。 寿司職人は免許持ってる人、少ないんじゃ無いかな。その点大手回転寿司の方が絶対安心して食べられます。
コロナ禍の時期のコメントだから ”素手＋マスク無し” は無理ってことだったのかな？ 動画の撮影時期は 2018年だからコロナ禍の前だけど。 どっちみち、かねさか本店なんて行け無さそうだけどさ。

I did not enjoy Sushi Kanesaka at all. The food was very mediocre at best and it wasn't a very inviting environment.
