I don't think that's always the case. That sista they hired in Philly as the Commissioner is doing a damn good job, and she's from Oregon. Sometimes leadership reigns supreme. She came with a plan and is executing that shit and shaking shit up. That having to originally be from a place is overrated. It holds football programs back a lot, too. There's nobody claiming they want someone from Bear Bryant's lineage anymore, in Alabama, with the job Nick Saban did as an "outsider." Now, he is Alabama and nobody will ever deny that. I just think people in Baltimore are delusional and think these problems are brand new or can be solved with a magic wand.
