I only know about this scene because I was listening to the audio commentary for the dad's death scene in Supernatural and Kim Manners said something about how between SPN and Grey's Anatomy, "Morgans's been dying alot lately!" Didnt even know Jeffery Dean Morgan was even on this show! Great job for both of them!

I bet even the cameraman had to take a break after that. My weak ass had to go walk this scene off.

I mean I lost my shit just now watching this. There will never be another show like this. Peyton is my favorite of all the characters and shes so damn resilient. This scene makes me want to call my mom. She survived breast cancer twice and some people aren't so fortunate, I have God to thank for that. I will always ball my eyes out watching this 💔

I remember watching this and I kept telling myself “it’s not real it’s not real it’s just acting” but it doesn’t matter, even if it was acting it’s only 2% less painful than if it were real.

That scene had me going. I was in love with a guy who was emotionally unavailable. And I said I was angry because he made me love him. Thanks to therapy I realize I and Izzie were both nuts.

When she said “No for making for me love you!!!” I lost it in tears! Such an intense scene one of the best scenes of the whole “Grey’s Anatomy” series ever!

When you think about it, Denny waa kind of childish and mean when he flirted with Izzie knowing damn well he had little chances to survive. Parts of his arrival is what destroyed Izzie.

That scene started with her acting but then it became very real... she lost her brother in an accident when she was younger and all that pain came through right there.

Ummm.... just a little question, did anyone else think that if izzie just punctured the LVAD maybe with a needle, the same thing would have happened just a tiny bit slower... then she would have never been caught because no one would find it. And still, if they did she could have easily said oh my god I must have gotten it like that. There would be no probe and that isn’t that hard to believe lol, plot holeeee... not really just not the smartest on Izzies part.
