Hey, there's supposed to be a small gap between the bottom of the cord and the floor, as it could become a trip hazard if it was dragging on the floor

But isnt it in case someone has a seizure orr something so they can reach it

@@Pippi6689 They're supposed to hang within 100mm of the floor without touching it, as it could be a trip hazard if it dragged on the floor, and it'd be hard to activate from the bottom of the cord (partially dependent on toilet alarm model)

I think it’s so the water drips into the sink off your hands, but it doesn’t really work if it senses you washing your hands, but if they were that concerned about a wet floor, they could have bought a Dyson wash and dry.

If you're talking about the Lord Street one, idk if it does, as there's one door that clearly goes to the kitchen, then another at the back that's very disguised into the wood wall design, and isn't marked other than a fire exit sign. At this Norwich store it was just tucked in the back corner, with symbols on the door. There's no toilet tucked in the corner at Lord Street from what I can see

Some reviews mention toilets and one says they're at the rear, so they must be through the door that's disguised into the wall
