in the anime, during the sun and moon, ultimate series, Pikachu learns a move that was called "1 million volt lightning bolt" or something. In the games, moves that can be learned can generally be attributed to any Pokemon with the required type. This effectively means that Pikachu's maximum is closer to 1mil volts, with added buffs. (I didn't really do much of sword&shield or gigantamax, but those would also probably increase his max as well)

You don't even need more than 2 pokemon to kill every last 1 of these lions, all you need is a Klink and a Yveltal, the Yveltal just yeets into the lions, causing everything to die because of the fact when it dies it kills everything, the Klink lives because it's not living, boom, Pokemon win
