I've mained shaman since the original vanilla era. Just a piece fo advice, you're using healing chain the wrong way, you should be using that only with people grouped together, @1:47 time stamp for example, just double check. It's a small thing but you'll notice higher heals, relieving the pressure of the other healers mana that can't aoe heal nearly as well. Let them worry about the people not grouped.
