Paaji phone accha hai bs jese aapne bataya battery ki Kam h, Logo ko chahiye wo phone jo minimum 7-8 ghante ka screen on time de. Jin logo ka screen on time kam ya jo apne phone ko kam time dena chahte h wo ye phone le sakte h. Mene ye phone august 2020 mein naya liya tha, tab mujhe 6-7 ghante ki SoT mil jati thi par ab jab battery health 80% ho gyi, only 4-4:30 ghante ki hi SoT mil paati h, isiliye powerbank lena pada. Cameras Daylight mein bohot aache h, 4K60fps par acchi recording bhi h. Screen bhi theek hi h, LCD bhi hote hue bhi Retina IPS technology h, colours crip aate h par h only 720p ki HD screen nhi h. IOS 18.1 chal rhi h jo latest h aur SE2 ko 1 ya 2 aur saalo ka IOS updates milenge. But at last I won’t recommend this device now in 2024, just as paaji said buy one with big screen and big battery, even minimum buy SE3 which has slightly increased battery performance, A15 chip and is supported by 5G. Paaji I’m thinking getting a SE4 which is coming in 2025, the only reason I bought SE2 because i had SE1 before it, I was thinking of getting a used X and then 12 Mini back then but I wasn’t ready to move from Touch ID form factory but now I am. SE2 has been a fun device, It’s enough for most people out there But It comes down to what your individual needs are so buy what’s better for you don’t put a lot of strain in your already straining pocket. My opinion about Cashify (based on purchase/repair/selling of note 20) I purchased samsung note 20 via Cashify which was under FAIR category. After the mobile was received I unboxed the mobile and started uning. There was one very small line scratch on the backside of camera panel. Since mobile was purchased in FAIR (3rd category from top) category & also camera and other functions of the mobile were working, I didn't proceeded for return & continued using the mobile. After around one the mobile started showing battery drain issue. After this the mobile started showing display problem also. I wrote Cashify Customer Care regarding these issues. They suggested me to visit Cashify shop in gorakhpur (Baldev plaza). I visited the Cashify shop in gorakhpur. I had some funny and irritating discussion with the technician present in the Cashify shop. The technician inspected my mobile & said that the mobile warranty has been lapsed since you have broken the mobile. His indication was about the scratch sign which was there on the backside of camera panel. I told him that since this mobile was purchased in FAIR category & other functions including camera was working perfectly after I received the phone, that's why I didn't return the mobile and continued using the mobile. He told me that it is not possible, the damage has occurred after the mobile was received because FAIR category mobile is not supposed to have any scratch sign. Then we had very funny & irritating arguments over SUPERB, GOOD & FAIR category mobiles sold on Cashify store. He started explaining me, how a SUPERB, GOOD & FAIR category Cashify mobiles should look like. According to him my mobile was not even in FAIR category, it was damaged and out of warranty. I asked him to show any sign other than the scratch on the backside of camera panel, due to my mobile should be categorized under FAIR category, not GOOD or SUPERB? The technician didn't have any answer for this question. The technician in the gorakhpur Cashify shop was not able to reside (pronounce) the name of CPU i.e. Snapdragon, exynos etc. Lastly I asked him about the cost for paid service if I am proceeding for servicing of display. He told me, better not to go for servicing of display, it may cost huge amount i.e. around 17000/-. I came out from the Cashify without any servicing. I also visited Cashify shop in Chennai, Bengaluru, Puducherry to rectify the battery drain issue and display issue. In Chennai Cashify shop, I told the technician only about the battery drain issue because the mobile display hadn't created any big problem recently. The technician in Chennai Cashify shop checked the mobile. He didn't comment anything about the scratch on the backside of camera panel, but he told me that there is some yellowing problem in the display and these type of problem are not covered under warranty. The way he was explaining about the issue, I realised that we must have technician or engineer level expertise in order to purchase mobile from Cashify store. He also told me that this problem might have been there in the mobile at the time of purchase & I need to check, find out these problems and return the mobile within 15 days. At the end I decided to sell my mobile on Cashify. I visited one shop in Chennai. In the beginning, the technician was denying to take the mobile by giving the reason that the mobile purchase date hasn't completed 6 months and the system will not accept it. I told him that i am staying in very small city where no Cashify shop is available in the 60 km radius. It will be difficult for me to sell the mobile since I can't visit Cashify store in recent future. After having some discussion he agreed to take the mobile. He took my mobile checked, discussed his fellow technician and told me around 8720/- as the price of my mobile. I told him to increase the amount or give some voucher. The technician didn't agree on anything more than the above amount. Finally I sold my mobile on Cashify shop in 8720/- which was purchased from Cashify store in 27009/- price and was not old than 6 months. In summary: (1) One must have high class technician or engineer level expertise in identifying any existing or future issue in the device. (2) One must be lucky enough to get the device which is working perfectly and also is in good price range. If above conditions are not in favor you the Cashify will suck all your money. (3) In some of the Cashify stores, the knowledge and experience level of technicians is extremely low i.e. much below average.
