Harvest Fest last Saturday was a blast! Around 3500 people attended throughout the day to take part in Clinton's fall festival. Over 50 vendors were selling everything from pottery to handmade soap to fresh fruit and well over 100 classic cars lined the streets. Doesn’t take hours for a hydrant
I left wondering how fire hydrants are installed. Why go to the effort of making a how-to video and not show how-to? This was not a very successful effort IMHO.
It's just intended to be a fun video! "How are fire hydrants installed," not "how to install a fire hydrant." We're sure you'd need a longer video than a minute and a half if you were looking to learn how to install one yourself :)
That installation is substandard and 3rd world. But then again, taxpayers have no choice but to continue paying higher taxes to constantly repair dilapidated infrastructure.

Central Huron is a tiny municipality. The guys doing this job clearly don't do this on a daily basis. Cut them some slack.
