It has no connection with the head unit, there is a hidden button in the glove box, try that.

I tried that, but it had too many scratches because of all the wiping on the sticky side 🥲

No lol film was there, bcz it was opposite, film was on the glass, and sticky side was outside, which i kept wiping lol, i guess lesson learned

@@buildfixcars yeah I guess I meant the clear protective film didn't realize you already peeled it off. Yeah nobody's perfect I recent did my first tint ever on my 2010 Dodge charger and let me be honest and say yours looks better I have some ripples at the bottom and some poor cuts along couple edges. But we're learning right lol 🤓

Correct, great check list! and as your point #2, when i activated the washer fluid, only wiper blades run, and no water is pumped, so it can be concluded no power supply to the motor.

@@buildfixcars No power but why? Could be a blown fuse or a shorted wire. You replace the pump and it still doesn't work. I need to get a new pump today, because I already tested the electrical. That and my reservoir is cracked and new ones are hard to find. Thankfully this place sells the reservoir and pump at one price.

@@buildfixcars I did exactly what you said exact same thing I moved that antenna from the original radio bottom to the android top and the little one I left it out. And I still hear the radio (frequency only) in the background..

I fixed it. I had to unplugged the left white and right red audio cable. That took the noise out of

Took me around 3 mins or so…

You probably tinted many straight flat windows with no curves because without the heat gun to “shrink” the film you wouldn’t be able to get the film to hug the curvature of the glass let alone forever pressing down finger.

@@BlackSheriff84 always runs in the background and records. It has a ADAS voice, for collision warning, forward vehicle moving etc similar to Siri in Apple

@@christofffer in my opinion, everything works way better than factory because the car has 2007 technology, while this aftermarket screen is up to date. For the OEM camera, please see the wiring part in this video, there is a port for Oem camera, and another for aftermarket camera (which I have used). I will be posting a video for the aftermarket back up camera next week ✌🏻 Edit: you can also DM me on IG, I can send you the OEM camera wiring diagram 😄

@@MRwilsondraws the ISF 2008 and 2009 comes with the older model that should work, 2010 onwards I am not sure. Also I’m not an expert on this, my description is based on the supplier’s description.

Yeah basically i retrofit the carplay screen on top of the cd player. Really easy though, its covered in the video

No dremel, its direct bolt on. I think i showed a time lapse in my tutorial, i should have slowed down i guess

Sound is better actually, you get an equalizer interference that gives you extended control on sound quality.

I’m looking to order this head unit, what do you mean by facelift vent? Is it to get rid of the gap? If so where do I get one

@@siennasmith4537 you’ll have to separately purchase a 2009 central AC duct from used auto parts. Not very significant, but if you are picky about it, then go for it
