She's not fluent though. She said her mom tried to teach her but she can only do basic. Some people just never learn it but i don't see why anyone should hold it against them.

She is very proud of being Mexican and speaking. Just RUclips search, Sara Paxton speaking fluent Spanish in Spanish interviews. They did the same thing to Marylin Monroe, and yes, her mom was born in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, México, and spoke in Mexican Spanish. In her last years of life, Marilyn embraced her Mexican heritage, culture when she broke away from Hollywood. Blessings
