Sad it’s actually wourth have what they are asking!
We sold this RV well over a year ago for the $65,000. I just looking it up, average retail price on it is still $58,050.
Definitely interested need to figure out who I talk to about a loan and how to get it down to were I can afford the payments

This is what my husband & I purchased 3 yrs. ago. We love it! Easy to drive & park. I only wish the front seats could swivel. Checking into getting a solar panel & passenger seat swivel base.
Awesome, I am glad you love your chateau. The only thing I would keep in mind when getting a swivel base is the height when you do turn the seat. I would get a seat riser so your knees are not in your face.

Very curious! Can you pull the foot part out partially…..so it could function like a recliner…not having the back go all the way down flat….rather reclined??
Once you lift up the footrest I do not think it moves. It can act as a footrest but there will be a gap between the couch and footrest.

The dream life
Nobody is ever sleeping that many people in that tiny RV with one roof air. Why do they build these ridiculous sleeping arrangements? 👎👎👎
You would be surprised what parents with a ton of kids will do. I agree with some of these crazy floorplans sleeping 10+ people.

How many gallons does it hold? Its nice not to bad for 60k.

$8,000 in monthly repairs! Good deal
Maybe one month for some big fixes, but not 8k every month. Unless you have a very highline coach. There is not many components besides a slide/engine replacement that would cost this much. I would say that standard monthly maintenance not including monthly payment or storage is $100-$300 a month.

I am happy you weren't able to pause the video for slides. We are looking to buy our first RV and love this floor plan. It is nice to be able to hear what it is supposed to sound like when the slides go in. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the comment. If I remember correctly, the Precept has schwintek slides. You may be able to find a video online.

Those are NOT levelers, they are STABILIZER jacks, used to stabilize the RV only. Using them as levelers could cause damage to the frame and the jacks, they are not rated to support that much weight. To level the RV place leveling blocks, or wood under the tires of the side of the RV that needs to be raised.

With the 7.3L V8 Godzilla you will get 10 to 12 which is a lot better than the V10 Triton at 6-8.

Beautiful but tires shouldn't be older than 4 to years even with good tread.
Oh yeah, we replaced them before the customer hit the road. Some brands are good up to 8 years (Michelin & Goodyear) but I would take a chance on that. A blown tire can cause a lot more damage than just a tire replacement.
