Before I quit Overwatch, Symmetra used to be my main hero. I played her throughout her 1.0 and 2.0 build, and I was literally god tier with both. Even with all the hate I was getting, I kept with her. One of my favorite memories is when I was on Oasis and my team was demanding I switch off her, so I offered a deal that if I don't perform good I'll switch. They accepted and we get the point first. Symmetra secondary fire used to go through barriers and enemies, and I spammed that as they ran almost single file to point. I got a 4-man kill with it, and I asked if they still wanted me to switch. They said, "No no! Stay! Stay!" But after the change I didn't like how she played, so I quit and only came back twice. Once before OW 2 came out, and once after. Neither time was it worth it.

Appreciate the play, thanks for sharing. I main Sym and post content too - you've given me some inspiration on some additional play styles. Really loved the music of the first half too, had that kinda Anime waiting room / game menu vibe. Sooo good.

Coming off of Sombra and playing sym feels so right. Yes I know invis and hack is better but sym just fits my playstyle more better. Though I treat sym kinda like Sombra so I'm more of a dive flank playstyle. Being able to rush down people while holding chokes with my turrets feels so good.
