A film produced by Urban XR for the Thomas Wolsey 550 project.
'Tracing The Footprint' tells the story of ‘Wolsey’s College’; a significant college complex spearheaded by Cardinal Thomas Wolsey that, if completed, would have made Ipswich one of the world’s greatest seats of education.
However, following Wolsey’s fall from grace from King Henry VIII, the college was never completed. All that remains is Wolsey's Gate, and an extensive archive of historic sketches, maps and documents.
