I think he got so scared from last save that he wanted to flee from his death but he still got killed.
This tends to happen to me when I'm in a Warthog and I run straight into the Scarab's main cannon just as it's landed. The physics get really goofy and I just end up becoming the next member of the Spartan Space Program as soon as it gets up.

im pretty sure the reticle thing is an option in MCC (you can have it lowered or centred) as for the second thing i have no idea 💀
@@HuRC-425 halo already has a lowered reticle but that seems extreme.
@@sirflapfla97 Reticle looks perfectly fine to me, as it was 16 years ago
@@HuRC-425 The original Halo 2 -> Halo 4 always had lowered reticles. Only Halo 1 and Halo 5 had them centered on the screen by default. Halo MCC lets you center it as an option for every game ever since MCC PC dropped. it even adjusts the weapon viewmodels to fit better.
They remade this map on halo infninite it looks too clean on infinite, plus for somereason it feels too big

it's a shame it's not an achievement They did bring it back as a challenge for one of the seasons which unlocked the Mister Chief helmet but I think that's gone now
