So I think it depends on what you plan on spending your money on. Most places, hotels, restaurants, excursions companies etc all take CC. You would only really need cash for tips, or small merchants, etc. which in that case you’re probably giving exact cash where to dollar is accepted. But I think there’s nothing wrong with exchanging, you need to be aware of exchange rates and fees.

@TheAdventureBuddies I actually was able to get re-enrolled. I rearranged my schedule to travel back through a place that had an appointment available. I was unable to find out why I needed an interview. So perhaps I'll reach out to CCP to see if they can let me know why I had to travel across the US for a three minute interview.

You will definitely find a bunch of families with younger kids. Our older kids (15, 13) probably won’t have as much fun now. We would probably do excursions and stuff outside the hotel to be honest if they came.

Hmm when were we there in December there was a big banner and an overhead sign that said MPC…

@@ThomasPenafiel so we’d recommend a renting a car. There are a few cool beaches (black sand beach-but not great for swimming-pretty hike). We mainly used rental car to go to a few restaurants outside of the resort. But if you just stayed in the resort I think you’d be plenty happy.

@@angeladowler7523 most of the time you can work with your hotel to arrange transportation. They either have shuttles or will connect you with a private driver.

Parking for the van is pretty easy (easy to navigate) you just need to know (it’s posted in the van) the size of the vehicle. For where to stay, you are typically looking for an RV site/campground that has the necessary hook ups for you (power and water). If you don’t need power and water then you can park/sleep wherever essentially unless marked
