Other than what I've said before, I dislike the RNG aspect of this game. I didn't even know RNG was involved until seeing you play, but I went back through the game because I missed out on the bad end and extra content and noticed it more second time around. New positive is I like the EX Chapter

Very much the lesser of the two games. It is too immature and cheesy for how dark and cruel the themes and situations like with what happened to Amy are and spits in the face of fans of the first game by killing two characters off offscreen and the treatment of Kenny. with that said I enjoyed your playthrough of it. Just found your channel a couple days ago.

I agree with you on the lewd CGs, it's really off putting and takes me out of the scene. Obviously I'm not the target for them but me remembering a lot of this series' horror CGs, but none of the "explicit" ones shows how off they are

The Kokkuri game is similar to the Ouija board game, or sometimes even the exact same, and is usually depicted as a kitsune/fox like creature. Which explains Mr. Kokkuri

ooo Fear and Hunger and especially its sequel Termina are really fun games. The first one was a tad rough around the edges but updates over time helped it, and both have memorable characters, bosses, and world building. I'm actually not a fan of the bloated pool spirit compared to scissor eyes. Too bland for me.

I thought Alexander's route was interesting on its own. This route was added as a bonus by Alexander's popularity so I didn't judge it on the same merits as the others. I liked the scenes with Victor and the few appearances of the other characters (everyone that isn't a Viotto) and the route was definitely gross (not in a negative way; game's themes). I am looking forward to Remembrance (I will try the demo when I get time). Not related to PoR, there's a new Life is Strange releasing in two days from now! It's from the same team as True Colors and early playthroughs of the first two episodes looked good so far.

This series needs a "nope" and "not saying that" counter. XD I'm not an expert by any means, but I believe there's validity in the idea that a person who's been abused being in the role of a submissive in a (healthy) BDSM relationship can be empowering for some (if they choose to pursue that for themselves). By no means am I saying Alexander provides a perfectly healthy environment or is a healthy/safe dominant, of course. MC certainly didn't seek this path out herself.

Ignoring everything else about Hanako, the slime face was adorable to me. It reminds me of some quiet cartoon mascot characters. RNG was not on your side during that encounter.

Bit of context for Wishes end: During the cut there was a glitch (and Casper made an appearance). Alex & Seb were expecting Brandon to take multiple HOURS to arrive (they sent the pictures shortly before they entered the house). The country house is very far from the city. So his sudden arrival was unexpected (and impossible), they should have had time to finish their 'fun'. There is a PUBLIC Remembrance demo on Itch you're welcome to stream if you'd like. It contains the common route and 1 ending for Alex's route. It's quite a long public demo, probably at least 4 hours. You're welcome to do the post-game interviews on stream for Obsession too. They're mostly funny meta non-story stuff and fairly short. Grats on finishing all the endings!!!

I’m with you on the sexualization of the CG’s. I also dislike it in anime when it’s so different from the tone of the rest of the show. At this point it’s just like “Really?” 🙄 It’s almost always completely unnecessary for the story.

<3 It's an "unobserved timeline" because Lux & Quispe are not observing Monika in Alex's route. Yes, Alex is a naughty boy for not talking about the poly stuff first with MC. He got sidetracked b/c of Seb's death. That's not normal behavior for him (which was seen during Quinn's route where he offered a 'conversation' to a girl at a bar). The Alex & MC CGs artist is Sekkusu! She's working on Remembrance too. I'm glad the DLC is adding something for you. I don't think it actually reveals any brand new information, but I imagine it either validates some theories or reinforces some hints that may have been forgotten earlier in the game. Either way, yay!

Wonder if a lot of people stuck with Kate by the end because the game gives you no other choice. The water tower fight is supposed to be reminiscent of the Kenny and Jane fight at the end of Season 2 and what actions Clem took during then, it determines whether she shoots David or not. What I could find about whether Clem follows you is that it all depends on the choices made during Clem's flashbacks with the New Frontier, specifically accepting/rejecting Ava's offer, inject/don't inject AJ, and saying goodbye to AJ/spitting on David. There's actually more than two outcomes depending on the choices made. This season is still as bad as I remember it. I know Telltale games have the whole your choice don't really matter (especially around this season's release) but I did find it interesting that you earned Gabe's respect; I remember Gabe being upset at a choice I made and tattling me out for it. I mean, he still sided with me by the end but that's besides the point. On to the finale

This is actually my least favorite of the Spirit Hunter trilogy so far (I played it on the same week of its release on Steam) but not in the sense that I disliked this installment, more so I didn't feel it was up to par compared to its predecessors. I actually liked the change in style from first person to side scroller, although I felt the game didn't take full advantage of it. Also felt like the game played it more safe with less gruesome scenes compared to its predecessors, which I'm upset over because I loved those CGs and sprites from NG and DM1. I really wanted to like the new characters more in DM2, but I felt like the game focused more on the old than the new. NG definitely has the best characters in the series so far though. School restroom/washroom ghost myths are popular all around the world. Hanako(-san) needs no explanation to be honest, she's a rather popular figure. A well-known variation of Hanako in Japan is Bukimi-chan, who's stories is either the exact same as Hanako's or not depending where and who you ask.
