By any chance have you see the live action fan film, it’s only 20 minutes and it genuinely feels like an extra episode of the show. Got one of the best live action sword fights I’ve seen period.

1 of my fav parts is that it knows when to have normal gud art and when to go crazy w unique art like is constitantly seen in mob psycho 100. I only watched 6~ ep of mob psycho 100 bcuz the crazy artsyle is a co start and takes away from the visuals. Too much. Whereas dan da dan uses it when it fits and uses it well.

The cgi is mostly on the big aliens and on the small it looks better the worst looking cgi we’ve gotten was the crab which wasn’t terribly done but just looked off especially when it was just a background character and they still used cgi

Your editing skills are pretty good. Only a few minor mistakes. You already know about the audio. I'd like to see you follow this one up by exploring some of the themes of the show. There is definitely some room to explore Himmel's importance beyond Episode 1. For a character whose death is the inciting incident for the whole series, he continues to play a critical role to the plot.
