bro please make a recent one, i have a yamaha clavinova but cant for the life of me figure out this thing. I had it working then reset stuff and cant figure it out now, i bought everything u suggested, but the option 'external midi/ software midi' it only worked when i selected external and swtiched around where my midi plug ins where 'midi out, midi in' but now its not working at all. Please help!!

@@juliandavis8670 yes I did actually, so I just plugged them in normally (midi in, in midi in, midi out in midi out) and then connected it as a software instrument instead of external midi. Audio outputs normally 1+2. Hope this helps 🙏

i have a problem, with the newest driver it need the gidital piano to be conected, and my midi-usb seem to doesnt be valid to that. Is it my fault or i need another midi-usb? pd: im windows user
I have the exact same problem, i have everything connected the in midi in out and the out midi in in, i have all the cables plugged and when i try to download the Yamaha software it says “No device is connected” what can i do, did it already worked for you?
@@Frpdracula Yea, hupefully it was just the cable, it works perfecly without the software. Take in count that i have a clavinova820s, maybe with youre model works differently.

Does turning my keyboard into a midi mean. that I will be able to translate sounds from my midi software into my keyboard? I have an Arturia Midi Lab that came with Ableton + Arturia Midi Software. Can I download that software to my Mac, connect it to my Yamaha, and produce more sounds on my Yamaha? My question might be silly, but I don't understand this stuff 😂. Thanks!

Thank you, it is very clear! And I have a question: when I see your video, my conclusion is that it is possible to connect directly the yamaha keyboard to the macbook pro and use the recording softyware (Logic Pro or Garageband) without using an audio interface between the two. Is that right?

i used aux cable to connect the Yamaha 463 to the computer as a sound card since i dont have one but the keyboard sound coming from the fl studio is seizing like some it doesn't sound out the same time from the keyboard voice pls sir what's the remedy to this.🙏
