Testing slow flight and stall recovery in Cirrus SR-22T G7
The NGAD that the Air Force wants could have been met with an updated F-23 with greater fuel capacity.
YF23 with GE YF120 ,finally the USAF chose the lower price of all the options
Makes me sick to see the YF23's as nothing more than unusable museum pieces.. All the man hours and money that went into those 2 aircraft. Simply to live out the rest of it's days being towed around museums like a world champion fighter that has had his heart and brain removed.
❤Still adorable❤
My fav planes for me:SU 57 SU 24 SU 25 F18 A10 SR 71 YF12 YF 23 SU 25 TU 160 B1 BONE B2 SPIRIT B52 STRATO AND SUKHOI 47
This could've been a great plane, had it not been rejected. How tragic. They could've at least put it into production as well.
They simply weren't as far along as the team behind the F22 was. The F22 was able to conduct live fire tests of missiles where the F23 didn't. Along with the size difference, as well as the YF23 being a more expensive aircraft to build.
The only action this ugly , useless plane will ever see !!
What happened
I went to the funeral service. Her mother and sister flew in from Korea only to return with her daughter's cremated ashes.
You can google Catalina island crash

Heartbreaking to learn she was one of the crash victims in Catalina Island crash on 10/8/2024. RIP Joeun, you were such a hard working CFI. SoCal flying community mourns for you.
Uffa até q enfim aprendi cantar essa música 🎷🎸🥵🥵
Yf-23 black widow This air frame was ahead of its time in the early 90s … this air frame was superior to the F-22 Raptor , the supercruise capability was the issue with the black widow. They should’ve just waiting for thrust vectoring Pratt Whitney engines. , The Russian SU 57 was based off of this design as well , this was a superior air frame and honestly, they should’ve be flying at right now 😢 there was some serious lobbying going on for the F-22 raptor the F 23 black widow would’ve been better
My dog do the same 😂
Sweet n salted b u t t e r !😮😅
I wouldn’t say it’s better than the f-22, but is definitely a worthy competitor
Love your ink Russell !
What a handsome Russel is❤
Should be cheaper; easy to maintain and don’t break.
that is brutally weird considering how lock and key f-22s are guarded. an effing yf-23 is just being lotted around by a small community air tow tractor. Like what if china got this? LOL. thing is already LEAGUES more advanced than the su-57 and j-20.
dude i saw this exact one irl
Russian?
I grew up listening to the 80s and now my daughter is 32 and she loves this music.
smooth landing

Why the elevator music?
Why the dumb question?
What is your typical cruise speed(s) in the Archer? Could you include your power settings too? Fuel consumption? Thank you
Air Supply always put’s on a great show. Impressive Tenor vocal range by Russel Hitchcock and deliver powerful performance in every concert all over the globe. Air supply fan forever ❤

As a 30 year flight instructor I would recommend you use two fingers and a thumb to loosely hold the yoke and use trim to relieve force needed. Just saying.
It's called the "Wing Removal Lever" for a reason, my first guest flight the pilot kept removing my second hand, every time I reached, he pulled me back. Even on an unlimited aircraft, it's better to make smooth control input, snap manuver's can overstress an airframe, and the pilot when they hit the ground.
@@Boundary327 Yes indeed. Something I need to keep working on. Thanks
Looks so fit 👍👍
Nice day trip, away from the world and all its issues.
Thank you, that’s very true 😃
Nice video. Thanks for dragging up a similar memory from deep inside my head. When I was a junior at Hart High in Newhall, CA in the 70s, I was very fortunate to be able to take Aviation as a class where as students, we went through a complete aviation ground school, had Jepsen manuals and everything. Our instructor had his own Piper Cub, and on one of my flights with him we flew from Whiteman Airport in the San Fernando Valley over to Catalina Island for lunch. It was a fun trip and I remember how short that runway looked as we were coming in on final approach. Great memories of flying with him and actually letting me fly the plane. That aviation class in high school was by far the best class I ever had in school.
Wow thanks for sharing that memory!

Bro detected the greasiness of that landing and woke up
I love Air Supply.
this should be mandartory. Got too man people out there who get really confused once they are in the clouds, when all they would need to do is focus on their instruments because they didnt do it properly in training.
Asian. Food. Beats. Burgers. Any day....
You sound like a racist or an ass kisser or both. Would you have made that statement if they were a different race? I don't think so. You racist are very easy to spot.
impressive

Been binging on these guys lately! So Amazing!
Like watching a lion be walked to get a trim and a bath.
The Navy should have taken a look into that plane instead of a second, advanced FA-18 back then. Now it's 2024 and they still are using 4th gen fighters around the world on their carriers
Its not like a plane already exists in the F35C or anything right? Navy must be dumb 🤡
