Grew up there part of my childhood.. turned 21 in OCMD. Just found out today that ROSES closed on 94th street.. and that broke my 💜.. ROSES was the perfect place to replace swimsuits, towels. Etcetera that blew away drying in the breeze... with an extensive variety of specialties & house hold items to grab kwik & affordable..

I enjoy a good play on words or the turn of a phrase (e.g., my RUclips handle), but I was baffled by the title when I first saw it. I follow another OC-based channel (ReelJayB), and he has excellent insight and things to say about Ocean City. As soon as this video started, I knew... I knew! 🤣 I've been to Assateague and even had a sticker for my Toyota 4Runner back in the day, but Berlin and "WestO" are places I will explore whenever I get back to that part of the country! Good video!!

I was in OC in September. We went to Berlin a couple of times that week. We had an awesome ghost tour on Friday the 13th of that week. I will be going back to OC in July 2025! It's all awesome down there! We also went to the free zoo in Salisbury, MD!!!

In your opening you state that these properties have amazing views of the sunrise and sunset, however I don't believe that the units have true private balconies overlooking the bay. Perhaps you should add the Century 1 to this list as every unit has true ocean front and bay facing private balconies. Not to mention the Century 1 also happens to be the tallest building in all of Ocean City, affording incredible views particularly from the Penthouse units. Just adding my 2 cents.

Note on the Kite Loft they stand behind there sales! i have kites i got as kid 30 years ago now they will help you keep flying if they need to be repaired! So it worth spending bit more on nicer kite there as they will last a life time!

We found the Sahara around 19th street to be reasonable. They have a hotel on the boardwalk and three other buildings on both sides of Baltimore Avenue. The cheapest building does not have an elevator and wasn't fun carrying everything but the kitchen sink my wife packs. Only stayed in that building once due to the others were booked full They have a great restaurant that's open for breakfast & lunch. Found the Bonita hotel to also be reasonable. We stayed there once in the summer and several times off season and they have the warmest swimming pool located indoors on the second floor. Stayed at the high rated Princess Royale four times off season. Has a Olympic size indoor swimming that water is not warm enough then. They have two nice hot tubs outdoors but are closed off season. Wife asked to stay at the two hotels that Fagers Island owner also owns ( old guy named John that years ago owned the Coconut Malorie until his divorce ) . The three story Edge Hotel rates stay very high off season and every time we walked thru that place after enjoying a meal at Fagers Island parking lot never had more then four cars in the parking lot telling me they would rather have empty rooms rather then lower prices in the slow off season. We stayed at two year old Residence Inn by Marriott this last Christmas week next to route 90 bridge road. It was built on the old 62 nd street gym & fitness center grounds. Think it was only $900 for seven day stay. They have an indoor swimming pool on the eigth floor corner with huge windows providing outstanding views of the bay. They had a nice free buffet breakfast every morning along with best in class OJ & coffee.
