@@fjsripon , you need to enable the Data Analysis Toolpak add-in first: Open Excel Click File Click Options Click the Add-Ins tab Click Go at the bottom of the window Check the box next to Analysis Toolpak Click OK Once the Data Analysis Toolpak is enabled, you can use the Analyze Data button to analyze data in a cell range. The Analyze Data feature provides visuals in a task pane, and you can ask questions in the query box to get more specific information. The results can be inserted into the workbook as tables, charts, or PivotTables.

Thanks for your comment and query! You can do it by changing the orientation of PivotTable. In the Row field, bring in the Criteria and Employee Name then link those with Matrix using formula. I will be making a video on this as well since I received lots of request similar to you.

hello, how did you arrive to the parameters of 9 box grid

Hi Jonathan, thanks for writing! I actually used Multiple Lookup (VLOOKUP) to derive the right 9 Box Rating. I make the lookup value adding COLUMN I & J and looked up in the “Performance - Potential Rating Table from COLUMN O to P (worksheet Source_Database). You just copy paste your data to the table. Everything will auto populate.

To rectify the malfunction when showing $ Revenue as 8,500 / 9,000 / 9,500, please bring the primary vertical axis option from Chart Element >> Axis >> Primary Vertical Axis that displays value from 0 - 100%. Then right click on the axis to select Format Axis option. Then go to Axis Options >> Bounds >> Set Minimum 0 & Maximum 1. I am sure the problem will be solved.
