Thanks for visualizations
Thanks at least I now understand set operations ❤
Hi Teacher - Can we include more variables other than X, Y ones ? Let's say: a, b, c, .... in a formula ? this is to extend its usage to Financial formulas.
W video needs more views
thanks for the video!!
Poor camera
Kinda fast can u take your time it not that easy for me u really can't get it all in one
This was an awesome video I am so grateful to have found. These kinds of vlogs never get old. Thank so much!👍👍
?
This is a Bogus video and DOES NOT show how to use your calculator properly! Its a traffickers VIDEO!
I have almost the same calculator ti-34 how do you enter a = sign , I’m trying to solve for B
Did you ever figure out how..?
Hi Scot, Just to let you know, this video helped someone across the Atlantic Ocean in The Netherlands to study for his masters degree. You are the first one that actually made me understand the concept, thanks!
This was helpful. However, it would be infinitely more helpful if you could address how to edit a math function AFTER entering it. I have searched, and so far, NO ONE has addressed this problem on any of these RUclips videos!!! This would save a ton of time in not having to enter complex formulaic calculations repeatedly when tiny mistakes are made, like forgetting to enter parantheses, or wrong numbers, etc. It looks like your video is dated, so I'm not expecting an answer, just posting this so others might see it!
He did.. @14:09/16:50 he does exactly that.
This is the best explanation
thanks
You can use the arrow button below the addition button to convert a square root answer into decimal form
Scot smith for president
I keep getting syntax error on number 15
Thanks
This was so GREAT. Thank you!!!!

This is great, thank you. I’m messing with mine now and just fyi (not sure if you mention this) but the left and right arrow button (right above “enter”) will also change from fraction, or pi to a decimal.
None of the tutorials I've seen so far about this calculator have said anything about what those half-moon buttons are for. WTF are they about!? 🤔
It changes the brightness of the screen, I think
@@cow8263that's exactly what they do.
Thanks a million 😊
OMG! Mr Scot saved my day with this great video of how to use TI 30XS calculator. I can not thank you enough for this video after almost 100 attempts of getting syntax error when trying alone.👏👏👏
This is such a good video it showed me every single thing the TI-30XS can do so now I'm going to buy it!
Thank you!!!
You can type "pi" (without the quotes) to make the pi symbol in the vertical and phase shift boxes. You're video helped me! Thank you!
Put it in a virtual machine ONLY because 1- it slows down your computer 2- You can cheat.
*promo sm* 😢
With the average daily balance method, what you do when there is a charge and no date? how do we find the number of days between the next two payments?
Thanks!
Thank you. I am a 63 year old person re-learning the use of the TI-30XS for a work-related certification. I scrolled down to problem 8.5 to understand how to use the brackets with the parentheses. You explained it well. I appreciate the help.
Thanks amazing help
This is going to save my life with fractions and stuff
Nice work, Scott! I found this video very useful as I plan to integrate the lockdown browser into my online course.
the easiest teaching method ever. Thanks
Thank you Pro. Smith.
very helpful
Hello. Congratulations on your grandchild.
A tip is that you can type "pi" in the text boxes for graphs and it will automatically fill and enter the pi symbol!
you can also use the "/" after pi and it will convert into a fraction.
Great help thank you
Thank, helped alot
😝 ᑭᖇOᗰOᔕᗰ
THIS VIDEO REALLY HELPED ME PLEASE DO POST OTHERS.
I am an instructor and need to know how to download the lockdown browser on my mac.
Hey Mr.Scot!!!! I doubt you remember me. My name is Ramiro Gallo and I was in your remedial math and college algebra class a few years ago. I went on to tutor calculus and physics. I am now in my senior year at UH majoring in civil engineering. I forgot that I was subscribed to your channel. I wanted to take a minute to thank you for helping me build such a strong foundation in algebra, it has really helped me so much. I remember I told you I wanted to be an engineer. Most people laughed at the fact that I was in remedial math pursing engineering, you didn’t. Thank you for believing in me, I’m almost there!!!
I just realized I have a lot of comments I never noticed. I really appreciate hearing from you Ramiro. I'm not surprised at all. I always thought you were quite bright and you had some great experience working with engineers (I hope I am recalling correctly). Congratulations on your accomplishments! I appreciate your kind words.
Thank you. That was helpful.
Looking forward to the semester, prof
Interesting . Thanks for your tips.
