Birmingham is the last place you want to purchase this or any other home. It's veryyyyyy, high crime, and it's a racist county. This outdated house flip isn't worth 3ml, more like 1/2, imagine the heatung bills in that home.. nottttt
I've been to Birmingham. It's a dump. It looks like the pictures of Detroit.
That's exactly how i feel i wouldn't purchase not even a dog house in that dump & racist state at alllllll, especially that it comes with a veryyyyyyyy high crime

Getting a better feel for the size of this home mostly because I'm seeing you move around in it. Oak looking floors make home look outdated. A darker cherry wood would go better. Lovely home

Yes. The crime rate there is horrible😫. Homicides everywhere and their police department is terribly undermanned. It’s all over the news.

Private gate along with land tuck away off the beating path. I know that eye have not seen or heard of what is promised. So I'm more of the type where I know we only borrow things for a time. 3/5/23
