How do we relate Gen.4 vs 1-11 to giving and tithe. Deut 8.18. Malachi 3.10-12. Luke 6.38.

The Bible says God is the one that lifteth one up,and bringeth another down,he said by strength shall no man prevail, this man is pure dull in the Bible,he should just go and sell news paper at the park,where he can deceiving people.
