Hey Noah...at your age i was flipping pizzas 35 hours a week in a family style store, loving it. CORNMEAL. thats what you spread on the board or counter. Spread a thin layer and plop the dough on it. Pres the dough down med pressure until about 1 inch thick all across. Then on your knuckles not fingertips, fingers make holes. both hands at same time do a motion like you're make a heart symbolsnd turn the dough a bit after the turn. You should feel the dough loosening up. Move to one side of the middle and do this a round the edge trying to keep the same thickness all the way around. This keeps from having a big bowl shaped pizza. Do the same shaping until the right size and put back on the cornmeal to make it good and round push here n there. You got a pizza oven and peel (shovel) right? With the cornmeal on the dough bottom top your pizza, meats first veggies on top they need direct heat to cook. Recommend, lightly precook hamburg and fully cook bacon, sausage if using anything raw. Now gently slide the peel under your pizza and insert most of way in oven, then tip and drag the peel out just using your free hand on the outside edge of the pizzato slide it in the oven. The cornmeal makes all the difference. At about half way through gently slide the peel under and when you feel it on the peel take the edge and rotate the pizza. This gives you an even cook and you know its not stuck. When done, insert peel fully under and using both hands keep it level while moving it to close by for cutting. Its a gentle but firm touch. You have to really know the way dough feels before tossing it in the air. Most chefs dont do it it's a waste of time and dough as it often ruins the dough, but everyone tries it. Heck yeah!

Please consider getting your drivers license this would give you a hugh mental boost that would definitely increase your talents in the physical driving areas. Plus it gives you hugh control over your own life and control over factors that might influence it. It would also really help your mom. If you are ready. When you make life decisions you only move forward.

Yea Noah! Great finish, P6 for October! That was great to watch you and to hear you ‘announce’ your own race! I loved hearing the actual moves in your own voice in real time. You seem to have excellent knowledge of your strengths. (And the areas you want to improve). I married into a very big racing family and watching my late husband recruit, train, encourage, teach, re-teach, and evaluate or correct his drivers was a everyday event. Many of your words are exactly what he would say to his ‘guys’. ( No women drivers). A very exciting finish. I was glad to see you overtake Mr. Red Helmet! Both he and the driver with the white helmet had great head movement, and I’m glad you picked up on how they were watching the action behind them. (I think they thought you were a threat …). Very important when you don’t have a spotter in your ear. I’ve watched your mom’s videos for quite some time and think you are a great addition to her shows.
