Why are beauty brands still in the shade about inclusivity? 🤔💄

Why are beauty brands still in the shade about inclusivity? 🤔💄
DIY sunscreen? We’ve all lost the plot. That’s your *skin* we’re talking about! You get one shot. One bad burn and you can get cancer! WHAT?!!
Hey, I had a question! I do not bleach or colour my hair and use heat styling once a week but I have really frizzy hair. Would k18 be any good for helping with frizziness?
I love micellar water for my morning cleanse because it saves me the step of wetting my face first with water.
One of my non-negotiables is May Coop Vegan Raw Sauce which acts as a toner. Make sure to get the Vegan version (if you care) because there's also a non-vegan version which is more expensive.
Your skin looks so juicy and smooth omg ❤ i have suppppper sensitive skin, would this work for me??😅
Strange
Any chance you could make a step-by-step video of how you made these with ingredients and methodology?
We use the same deodorant and toothpaste 😇😇😇
Hey why don’t you try supergoop sunscreen it’s invisible.
Thank you for this info. I have atopic skin and didn’t understand why the “cleansing oil” from Uriage and Bioderma were drying my skin. It’s misleading to call a product an oil if it isn’t.
🖤
I agree I am currently usning Prequel and Remedy
So cool😊
🖤
Thank you. The cotz broke me out but I will try the murad
So sad it doesn’t work for you. This is one of my new favs except I’m not thrilled with the fragrance. Thanks for reviewing! ❤
"Chemical free" is always my favorite
"Hey can you make ice cream, without the ingredients"
Ah the forbidden questions! In my line of work they run more towards "Can you do this massive art project for free? I'll pay you in exposure ;)"
🖤
Do you think this would work well for acne prone or oily skin? I've been trying to find a sunscreen specifically for my face, but it's so hard to find good ones.
The Paulas Choice Youth. Extending fluid spf 50 has never broken me out (ive used it 4-5 +years), that ine isnt water resistant. I dont think the Elf Invisible spf has been a peoblem either (used by now for a year) and its water resistant. Elta Md Uv clear tinted and non tinted has never boken me out (used for 1-2 yeard). Right now Im testing the Allies of Skin The one spf 50 and the texture is perfect alone and under makeup, but cant tell you if it makes my acne worse yet. Its also quite expensive.
Great to know!
🖤
The shade. Lol I know exactly who you're referring to with each of those comments
What is the more well studied in ingredient? And what kind of peptide absorbs the best? Please answer, thank you 💗
Any tips on how I can keep sunscreen from migrating into my eyes?
Love your vids. Always informative and to the point.
You are so informative, Julian! I'm pretty savvy about skincare, but I never took the time to question whether these things all had different uses or not. I just went along like a lemming. You've opened my eyes!
🖤
Did it sting your eyes? :)
Hi, I have this sunscreen and I love it, but it stings in my eyes. It also tingles on sensitive or damaged skin, but doesn’t hurt :) So when you’re wearing the ss and rubbing your eyes or so, it will probably burn a bit.
I love the formulation information, it’s so interesting! If you ever wanted to longer/ more in depth/ detailed content about formulation I would definitely watch
🖤
Vaguely unrelated, but speaking of destroying packaging, I had a friend in college who had a summer job destroying products from Nike. They said they didn't want to see their products on the homeless. I NEVER buy Nike.
sadly it’s probably not an accident like the other comments are saying too, japan along with other east asian countries have the beauty standard of being extremely pale, skin bleaching and lightening treatments is a common practice among that region 😔
Omg this is so cool to learn!!! Quick question: what is the physical or chemical phenomenon effecting the viscosity here? Idk why but I always assumed only something like a chemical interaction could change the properities like that, but it seems like that answer might be much more nuanced! Thank you for the fun lesson for the laymen ❤
Japanese. No accident, unfortunately 😔
Wow. Thats f'ed up!
That company knew exactly what it was doing.😒
Yikes. I'll just stick my Cerave and sunblock.
but im a bit confused... how do emulsifiers work?
thats so interesting!
Ngl I read your user name as Dr. Julian's Ass 😂😂 Great video tho
This channel was randomly recommended and I was surprised you don't have more followers. Hoping the algorithm gods bless you because your content is great.
hey there! ive seen so many of your videos and i really like them. i am a melanin queen but i also have sensitive skin and a lot of sunscreens other influencers recommend either leave me white or itching. what do you recommend?
i know i'm not the intended audience for this question & i am also as white as it gets but i heard beauty of joseon's sunscreen is good for sensitive skin and doesn't leave a white cast. i use it myself & i love it. they also have a sun stick
Black girl sunscreen kids is a fantastic option! SPF 50 and so affordable!
That's incredibly cool
You learn the importance of emulsification when working in the kitchen too
Thank you for sharing this!! I grew up in a only buy the generic family. Now that I am an adult I have had a number of products work for me now that I have switched to a name brand. Same ingredients doesn't always mean it will work the same.
Does this change effectiveness of ingredients?
I love getting stem baddies on my feed
I absolutely love this! Thank you for this information, that’s so interesting 😆
Can you review the sun bum gel spf pls
