I started by baking soft and fluffy pandesal from www.womanscribbles.net/pandesal-filipino-bread-rolls/ and making sweet, sticky biko. Then, I cooked up some hearty favourites: crispy bacon, savory corned beef, tortang talong, and of course, flavourful garlic fried rice to tie it all together.
