It’s very good explanation. But can u explain more about follow up questions. I am still not under stand the follow up question. It’s the priority or wrong answer. Plz explain one more time plz houston
Follow up questions depend on the scenario. If the question is asking which of the following assessments requires follow up, you are looking for a life threatening assessment finding. If it is asking which of the following nursing actions requires follow up (like when training a new or student nurse), you are looking for a wrong action. Hope this make sense.

What state did you take your test in?
That allow you to take it 6 times. My state only allow three times and I have already taken it . I am wondering if I can apply in another state .

@@melindajonas327 I was opportuned to be guided by a strict teacher who trained me well out of the review questions she always gave, I was in awe when I saw about 60 of them been asked. I think she is among the council buht she didn't say.. she said her name was Gomez.

Obviously nclex exam has been a pain in my ass, but that won't bother me anylonger I have gotten my license already thanks to you Mrs Amilia God bless you more cuz you made it possible for me.
After 3-4 years of nursing school, we are being challenged by the ultimate exam "Nclex"... many nursing students face difficulties in acquiring their licences,and many take like 5-7 years after graduating trying to acquire this license.......
Nclex test is really difficult and frustrating, i can't believe I failed again after studying so hard

I'm really sorry about that but I got used to it until I succeeded, I failed 5 times before I finally passed, It would have been 6 but Mrs Amilia saved me from failing again
Which one is most priority, 88% o2 sat or hypoglycmic pt. With 50 ?
if the pt has a BG of 50 they are hyperglycaemic
BS of 50 is definitely hypoglycemic and always follow ABC....o2 of 88 falls under breathing so that's your priority

Thank you... I wish there are more people like you who like to help others and shine some intuition to striving students who have failed the Nclex. My first attempt for the exam was early June of 2020. I’ve studied Saunders and illustrated study guide Nclex-RN exam. My first self assessment on Saunders was 68% and last assessment I scored 74%. I didn’t study much on the illustrated study guide because I thought I was doing well. Took the Nclex exam and I answered 130 questions but failed. I was so devastated. After couple of days tried studying something else and this time it was Hurst review. It took me more than a month to finish the entire course. I followed their instructions step by step. Took some notes and did the assessment and ended with 68%. I scheduled for my second attempt for Nclex and to my surprise my computer shut off at 60 question. I was so confident I passed until two days later I found out i failed. The second attempt and second fail. Didn’t know what to do next after that except to cry and pray.... My third attempt was actually a success I worked with Nclex solutions and I was shocked to discover I kept making the same mistake over and over that was my problem... Some times all we need is not only a change in study materials but help from professional or other students that have passed.... you can get help from Nclex solution like I did.... First, be sure you've studied properly. ... Get enough sleep the night before the test. ... Listen closely to any instructions. ... Read the test through first. ... Focus on addressing each question individually. ... Relax. ..
