When setting up the automation, make sure you’re mapping these fields correctly so that each post is categorized and attributed as needed. You can assign a specific category ID and author ID for each blog post within the workflow, which helps prevent any disorganization. @@JakeHissittMarketing it is tricky for sure, I am unsure if I should create and manage them wordpress or in airtable, I do find it a bit tricky yes but I willl keep trying it as I don't think this would work well without the categorization it would get super hard to manage.

@ryanangel3355 Totally understand, categorisation is essential for keeping everything organised, especially as content grows! Using Airtable can be a great way to manage categories and other data points, as it lets you create a centralised database. If you see in some of my later videos I demonstrate how to use AirTable as a middleware between the inputs (RSS in this case) and the output onto websites. You absolutely can, though the set up would look a little different and in google sheets it can be more challenging to locate and recall records given the architecture. Airtable is a recommendation, though google sheets can work.

Hi Helen, If it's not autopopulating it's probably an error within the connection. Here's how I'd troubleshoot: 1. Run the scenario (check Make.com) 2. Reconnect the Oauth on Airtable 3. Check the column headers within the table. Let me know how it goes

It only replaces for comments, the instant messaging I’m leverage manychat, but warehousing responses in chatgpt, I’ve got more sophisticated version of this whereby I’m building FAQ databases in Airtable, and then selecting responses based on keywords. It’s effectively a more complex style of automation, and ultimately it depends on your goal. Manychat is a world leading product.

I recommend to put the headlines and keywords in different sheets. You can use google sheets instead of airtable. It’s possible to work it this way, you can swap the first two modules in this automation for watching Google sheets and extracting the keywords with a Google Sheets search function.
