Ive been learning since and HOLY COW realizing this has TRUELY opened up my art. Please note that I was one of those kids who only did "Observation drawing" going RIGHT for the detail every time!

When i was young and had "picture/drawing" classes in school, my teacher gave us box with magazines and told us to take page from this magazine and draw one of the persons, he also told us to draw the picture upside down ,because its easier for the "left and right side of the brain to work together this way" , he said the reason its tough to draw something is because the both sides of the brains arent connected yet while drawing, once they are- it becomes easier to see details and get it down on paper. Very interesting way of thinking and he was a VERY good teacher!
