Why is hazamada on the passion gang?

I feel like DIO holds back a ton if he deems someone as strong enough to try and get the most of the fight so he’d probably stop time and one shot one of the villains (excluding Pucci) before finding out their full power, and if that villain was Tooru hed die next after time stop ends to calamity (unless it doesn’t one shot him) Kira would lose in any fight he got in. he could kill either Funny Valentine or DIO if he really tries but would probably end up dying to the one he didn’t kill Diavolo would most likely go for anyone but would only be able to kill Kira Pucci would do incredible damage but im not sure if hed be able to kill anyone Valentine would immediately try and get Pucci out Tooru would probably just watch the fight go down and study the fight. He would only die to another Tooru (Funny Valentine) or DIO WOU would do absolute numbers considering he doesn’t die even if Tooru dies, however if DIO attacked the stand or WOU hits another WOU he would die (Reply on any mistakes ive made)

I like Pucci because he actually did shit the whole part, he also didnt have an overpowered stand until the very end. It just felt like it was a huge struggle the whole time for him as well
