Banh Bo Nuong
Pandan honeycomb cake aka Banh Bo Nuong
1 can of coconut milk 400 ml (I used Aroy-D brand)
1 cup sugar
2 cups tapioca starch
2 tbs rice flour
2 tsp baking powder (make sure you get “double acting” baking powder)
6 eggs
1/2 tsp pandan extract
1 tbsp of melted coconut oil
PAM cooking spray

you have to add some nuoc mam BEFORE you boil the meat as well. it gets soaked into the meat and helps develop the umami flavor in the broth...
