I suffer of nyctophobia and claustrophobia sometimes when my house light go down at night i really get triggered when i think there is a creature behind me , or in my sides

I have Nyctophobia but I’m not afraid of the dark I’m afraid of what’s in it I feel like a demon is gonna grab me

I LOVE THE DARK I relax in the dark even tho I’ve had terrible paranormal stuff

My two main fears is being home alone and being in the dark. why? because being home alone someone can easily break in at night and being in the dark something and just grab me and eat me alive Note: something or someone can be watching you in the dark or when your alone which is extremely unsettling.

Nyctophobia has been around since the beginning of humans because humans would be afraid in the dark because at night when it's dark predators come out to hunt and the predators could see better in the night

In my bedroom, I turn off all the lights to sleep, I stay there because I feel safe. But being on these places, in the dark, I feel too exposed, too fragile. I feel like running, like something's waiting for the right chance to get to me. Something... scary.
