I am a bit surprised they didn't replace these bulbs to use LEDs which uses alot less electricity and longer service life. And probably even brighter than the originals!

Luxor has been my favorite since it opened. It's so unique and such a showpiece. I sure miss the attraction trilogy, especially the Nile River Tour. Having that inside a hotel was mind-blowing. But, things change. I'm glad Luxor is still there and hope it remains for many years to come.

The nile ride with the replica of Tu Tut Commons tomb was entertaining and informative. To bad it didn't last long.

I was there the first night when it was open. I really miss the theme casinos so much. All the new casinos are pretty much the same now. Big rectangle buildings with nothing interesting to look at. MGM grand used to have yellow brick road and theme park in the back. Treasure Island with pirate show. Mirage with volcano explosion.

The lights should have been placed in circle ⭕️ formation. I’d look into more alternative lights LeD intense cooler cheaper to operate

This demon lamp system produces highly cancerous UV light that harms everyone around that building.

i cant believe the way they have trashed this place in 20 years. they dont even have the nile anymore after frst few years. theyve stripped all the charm out of the place and dont even get me started on how shitty the rooms are. stains on the ceiling, ZERO theame anymore. cheap crap. im heartbroken by what bad managements done to this property

It's weird that this piece will eventually long outlast the rest of the ship. By being raised up, cleaned up, and moved to an exhibition in the Mojave desert, it's future has been secured for perhaps hundreds of years. Unless something stupid happens like WW3 and Vegas gets nuked. Anyway, it should be around for centuries. Whereas the rest of the ship on the ocean floor will collapse within a few decades, and be nothing but a pile of small rusty chunks within another century or two.
