this "the coin toss" scene is from the movie "No country for old men" and our psycho is Anton Chigurh a hit man with a twist. the movies quite long and he has quiet a few good moments in it. definitely worth a watch. i tryed to upscale this to 4k didnt work out the best ill look at some other methods for how ill do such videos thanks.
