Why do i not see the add button at 4:22 ?
Everything works except for the portal for the hunters to go find the props, please help me out I’ve tried EVERYTHING

Do you know how to make a prop counter using the player tracker?
You will have to set the tracked team to whichever team you have the props as. Then set the target value to zero. Then you can set an end game device that triggers when the number reaches zero.

If you place a player counter set it to the team you want to be counted. Then you set the target to zero. That will make it to when the props are out of players it will succeed. Then on that succeed trigger put an end game device to end the round with the hunters as the victors. If you want a stat to track you can set that up as well however it's not necessary for the player counter.

I CANT SPAWN ON HUNTER, I SPAWN ONLY ON PROPS. PLS HELP
If you are playtesting maps by yourself you will always spawn as team 1 no matter what team (hunters or props) it is.
I am still getting each round as a draw, and no points to props for some reason.
I still get rounds to end in a draw from time to time even with game end devices. I'm convinced it's some kind of glitch.
So when I start the game, hunters and props both spawn with their weapons and the hunters can kill the props before the game start what have I done. Everything else works perfectly(grant on game start is and has been off) but it still doesn't work
Use a mutator zone to prevent weapon fire before the round starts.

I need help I think I did something wrong with the part 1 video it won’t load me into any of the zones
So when the game starts, it does not take you to the pre game area? Or after the timer counts down it does not teleport you to the game area?

It doesn't matter if it is above or below, but it does need to fully cover the area of the spawn.
As soon as the game starts, and the timer hasn’t ended the pregame timer as a prop I instantly get teleported to my teleporter. Can you help me and fix this?

How do I make it so players only go back to the weapons room when a round ends rather than every time the player is eliminated
Set up a checkpoint pad to where you want them to go when they get eliminated. Just be sure to make sure that the correct team gets registered to the checkpoint that you want them to go to. You will need one for each team.

I would check to make sure that the teleporter you are using is set to use the timer you want as a input trigger and not set to game start.
i can’t see my prop gun can you help me
Your prop gun is invisible, or it doesn't exist? If it doesn't exist it could be a number of things. I would start by making sure it's not set to spawn on a timer or on a loop.
Did this down to a T got everything working except for 1 thing. Someone on the props team will always spawn on one of the hunters pads. If I get rid of the second hunter pad it still spawns a prop on the first hunter pad and sends the hunter in the sky to start. How can I fix this ??????? I have changed every setting all pads are on the correct teams, team settings are all correct but with out fail a prop will go to a hunters spawn pad

It could be a setting in the main island settings. Maybe a team size issue? Or one of the pads isn't set to a specific team?
I made a Prop Hunt map with 20 players and team inventory. I set the team size ratio to 3 for Team 1 and 1 for Team 2. However, when the game starts with 3 players, two of them are assigned to Team 2, and one to Team 1.
I'm not sure. I have not had that issue. You could check to make sure that the team size is set to dynamic.
Pre game timer thing isn’t showing up

Everytime I do this, on initial start the props will spawn on the hunter pads. Do you have a fix?
I would double check the team number on your spawn pads. It's easy to skip one.
yo mate, when selecting a device to releprt from the mutator doesnt show up?
If its been placed on your map, it should be in the menu. If that's not working, try deleting the mutator zone and making a new one. Also labeling all the devices helps to find them later.

i have a 1v1 map and whenever i use a button to change the health, the rift and mutator stops working and it doesnt teleport me.
Try using a player reference instead of a mutator zone. I just uploaded a video of how to do that.

When i start the game it wont let me respawn to see if the hunter side is working, any idea why?
When playing alone you will always default to team 1 whichever that is. You wont be able to check out both sides without a buddy.
Hi, I have a problem when I start with friends everything works fine and after the 3rd round the game is only tied.
I have the same issue, after the 4th round, it starts ending the game instantly to..
If you are using a timer device to end the game make sure it is set to reset and not restart. If set to restart it will keep going and end the round at an odd time.
Hey at 18:35 when you show an example, at the end of the countdown I'm not automatically teleported nothing happens, you know where the problem comes from I missed a step?
If the mutator zone is giving you issues you can use a player reference instead. I just uploaded a video covering that.
I don't have the victory message at the end

If you are having players spawn into a barrier device it is important to make sure that the barrier is set to hollow box otherwise players cannot spawn inside it and will default to spawning in the sky.
is there a simple way you would know how to make the randomization process? i’m making a prop hunt map with 9 players max, trying to make 1 of the 9 to be a seeker, and make it the seeker selection random every round
You could have 9 separate teams of one instead of 2 dynamic teams. 1 team would be the hunter and the other 8 would be the props, but this would mess with win conditions if not set up correctly

Make sure the setting is set for the non zero damage.

Hello boss, i have an issue! I copied the exact thing you did but the counter for the remaining players goes up every round instead of going down after an elimination.. Do you have any idea how this could happen?

I am having trouble in my prop hunt map....when the first rounds comes on everyone spawns on the spawn pads...but once the hunters win and rough two starts and the teams switch the PROPS spawn from the sky but in the first round they spawned on spawn pads....what setting I need to change to make props always spawn on pads after the first round ??
Players will default spawn on the sky if their pads are blocked. Like a barrier device or something else that's in the way. I would check the barrier device and make sure it affects all players the same.
When i start it still makes me drop from the sky and there isnt a timer and it doesnt teleport me even though i did all of this step by step
Make sure the barrier device is set to hollow box. If not playes can't spawn inside it.

One more quick question:) got 20 players on my map, can you pls tell me the exact initial team size ratio for it? ( For both teams)
Personally I do a 2:1 ratio (2 props for 1 hunter) but you can make it whatever you want for your personal map.
Hi Bardok, I have added a pop- up dialog device(used for meme sound) into my prop hunt, when i use it the hole map can hear it, how can i fix it that just the sound from the near of the hider can be heard?
So for the sound device you have, you will have to register players. Just make sure the players you want to hear it are the only ones that are registered. I did make a video covering how to use pop up devices with sound effects. If you check it out it could help.

I have a question; I recently received MV as a gift and was wondering is it possible to make a negotiation & recruitment system similar to that of SMT (Shin Megami Tensei)?
I have never heard of that game. But I think it would be easy to make a "recruiting" event. You would just go into your system settings and premake all the people you want to be recruited. Then make an event that adds them to your party. You can even make it to where they have to meet certain conditions and/or pay a fee.

I cant find the pregame timer when I edit the first mutator
I would check to make sure you didn't accidentally delete it. It's easy to do. Also you can go into any of your events and at the bottom left corner I believe, there is a search option. You can type the name of the device and it will take you right to it.

I would make sure that your triggers are set up correctly. It's very easy to miss something simple. Make sure it's not set to grant items as it rotates through the items, and that it always grants. Also make sure the timer device is set up correctly as well. Hope this helps
hey so in my map i use mutator zone for team props but when the round starts if the lobby is full teleports some of the players but some of them stay behind and they insta die from hunters, if i use a timer to enable mutator this gonna get fixed?
You could try to add a timer in there to see if that helps. It may be trying to process too much at once. If that doesn't help make sure that the mutator zone fully encompasses the area the props are in. If someone has even 1 foot outside the mutator zone when it kicks on it won't teleport them.

I’m having issue with my infectious style prop hunt where hunters and props both keep spawning with prop gun no matter what I do also props won’t spawn on correct pads. Please help!
Make sure your item granger is set to delete items on grant so that it will clear their inventory before granting the prop gun. For the spawn pads, make sure that the pads you want to use are set up for the correct team.
Hello bardock in my current prop hunt map i’m making, the main problem i’m having is the win conditions for hiders and hunters, so instead of a win it says draw, for example when hiders is out of respawns it’s supposed to give hunters the win but because the hiders switch to hunters after they die the game makes it a draw, does the same thing for hiders win condition when i have it set to a timer that when the hider stays alive long enough it gives hiders the win but this also says draw, nothing wrong with your tutorial just a long question thanks.
I have been having that same issue. I have tried many different ways of setting a win condition and every time it ends in a draw. I am uncertain if I need to have more players or if it only does that in a play test and after the map is published it won't do that anymore. Sorry I couldn't be more help. I have watched several videos about it, but none of them really explain that.
