Noticed that was deisel engine oil, is that a deisel?

How did you know that it needed to be replaced? Did it only rattle? Mine front diff (u-joint?) is making a dry rubbing sound if I am in 2wd. enabling 4wd and the sound goes away. I'm hoping it is the u-joint.

I looked in the comments first, but didn't see anything...are those air intake ports inside the cab? If so, why run air intakes in there instead of behind the back windshield closer to the engine? Just curious about this set up. Not dogging it.

I've had one on my Arctic Cat Prowler for 7 years now. Pneumatic arms are starting to get a little bit tired but i love this thing. Ive taken no special care of it and it has no scratches. Going by the golf course one day and a guy sliced a ball off the tee and hit it. Not a mark!

I cant get the back ujoint holder that is supposed to slide on the spleens off of the spleened shaft comming out of the rear drive. The actual drive shaft is off because i took both u joints out! I have a come along on it and have beat on it till im wore out! Its not suposed to be pinned or anything i guess its suposed to slide , but ill be damned if i can get it off! Id put heat on it but theres too much plastic around it. any ideas??? The front u joint was out and thats what started this all.

Too many gaps on the side where it meets the roll bar, that is a non starter in cold weather.

Hey there buddy. Quick question. If the bottom of the transfer case is busted. Somebody bottomed it out I guess on a rock. They did some merry rig weld job. Everything works as should. But say I wanted to replace just the houseing. I guess I would have to buy the whole transfer case transmission? Or can I but just the houseing?

You didn’t mention anything about replacing the crush washer. Should be replaced every oil change.

I do remove the axle because it is way less work and trouble than removing the skid plate. And with axle out.. the prop shaft comes out the front right.

I wish I could have friends that enjoy what their doing. I have a side x side but we always are scrutinised or the park is shut down due to fire hazards or..... But really who wants to go in 20 degree weather. I guess you have to freeze by yourself with a spark arrestor. WEAK!

Can you put a wiper on it?

Sounds like what mines doing. Lifted the front up, applied 12v to the coil and nothing happens. Even when spinning the rear tires. Thanks for the insight

U need to get rid of the background music

The intro was short, no frills, and NO overdubbed music! WHOOOO HOOOO!!!! The machines make their own music, and we get to hear how they are operating in the varying terrain. I give 4.75 stars, dropped a quarter star for in cab footage - would have been nice if it had been solid mount camera, some scenes were too bouncy, skipped past. I'm sure the camera holders hand / arm got sore 😉 The occasional trail side clips added nice variety. I've watched innumerable hours of utv / atv / ohv / BDR videos, this one is THE BEST! I love longer videos. Videos like this are educational also, for those of us whom have yet to experience this type of terrain. I hope to someday see trails like this in person. Overall - EPIC. Thank you!
