I think in this lecture showing slides would be better than showing the speaker..

At football time slowed down but my body was moving so fast.. the coach said hit the bags on 3rd whistle and i was saying 3rd whistle in my head but i was zoned out and i kept hitting on the 1st whistle.. i was so focussed on the whistle it was almost like i had no control over my self and i kept going on the first whistle. other times in high speed situations. i go through each frame of what I am seeing and currently doing and i process each one but i am over focusing on it instead of what is around me; This is sometimes a good thing. Another time my football coach had me run up and down the football field and if i didnt make it back in time my whole team would have to do another lap, i could neber make it in time and again, time slowed, i wasnt dizzy but i was In this confused state and I froze up.. i heard the voices but i was over focussing on nothing.
