Jitna new AIIMS hoga utna jldi promotion aur jitna purana aiims hoga utna late promotion as Deoghar AIIMS is new established in 2019 so chances of promotion are much more earlier! About MSc from AIIMS if u want half pay leave u have to work in AIIMS for five years without resignation and if u want to do msc earlier u have to give resignation form job n u cn go for AIIMS MSc! And msn is also very imp subject so try to learn each unit on a daily basis like if u r reading cardio then try to remember imp things as cardio is the base ! Very important unit also endocrine system! Don't in a hurry to. Read everything just study smart and stay consistent! Revise more and keep ur resources limited! Main cheez h retention of knowledge kitna aap retain kr pa rhe hain before exam, the more u retain the more chances of controlling negetive marking will be there and retention will be there only if u are having limited resources!
