I want to thank the great commander for teaching me MANY things from the first run 'till the kill and the great static for constantly improving and sticking with my DPS greed! The rotation probably isn't the most optimized but this is what i landed on. Log. - dps.report/OhLE-20231228-205657_void

first time doing a level 1 run on a souls game and I can definitely recommend it. I'm not the best player or anything but soulsborne games have become much easier after Elden Ring and sekiro so SL1 is a good way to bring the challenge back!

One of the most fun bosses to parry btw. Rolled up with a buckler and a misercorde on ng+3, very satisfying.

What sword and how are you blocking all damage with the sword instead of shield ?
He has the Deflecting Hardtear on his wondrous physick, description of that says “Enhances spontaneous guard in mixed physick” What this basically means is if you use a shield or a weapon you two hand, it negates all damage (still take a lil bit of elemental damage) and boosts your guard counter. Practically turning it to sekiro or lies of p
Huge GGs, had to beat her with light weight dodges even though deflecting is my favorite thing ever (800h on Sekiro compared to 400h on ER) I feel like since ER wasn't made with deflecting in mind the animations are too confusing, so it's not that fun to me. But you pulled it off!
